Continuing to study the normal life of socially vulnerable families, their worrying problems, our correspondent faced a problem, which will surprise everyone.
Yerevan resident Shoushik Yeghiazaryan, who has mental illness, has been deprived of the opportunity to benefit. She has repeatedly applied to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, but has been denied every time.
We have tried to find out why a second-class disabled woman is deprived of the opportunity to benefit from the opportunity she needs. It turned out that Shushik Yeghiazaryan's mother-in-law had taken advantage of the bride's health condition and deprived her of the right of ownership, formulated home papers and sold the house to another person. And it turns out that in the house where Shushik Yeghiazaryan lives, there are more than six people who have permanent jobs, and according to the ministry's suspicions they are may be Shushik Yeghiazaryan's "Caregivers", but the reality is quite different.
Unfortunately, this is only one case we have presented, there are many such cases. It is clear that here we can not blame the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, but they should at least take into consideration the medical records that are present, as the second-order mental illness is not a joke.
The social beneficiaries who face similar problems, need help and awareness of their rights.
